Unless you have been living under a rock for the last couple months you sure as hell know the name Carly Pearce.   The Every Little Thing  songstress brought a stripped down performance to the Rock n’ Horse in downtown Toronto for an evening of songs off her debut album (Every Little Thing).   I hadn’t had the pleasure of meeting Miss Pearce before and had no clue what to expect.  However when she came out and sat down next to her guitarist and started with some quick banter and then broke into Color one-off the album. I knew I was in for some great music.  She has this great sense of humour that fit extremely well into this type of setting.    A funny moment of the night was when she mentioned that there was a young lady standing at the front of the crowd singing along to every song.  Carly found it a bit strange seeing the album was just out and she really hasn’t spent much time in Canada as of yet but was flattered that she was singing along not missing a lyric.  The music flowed

This was more of a get to know Carly show than a full on performance. 5 or 6 songs and it was time to meet the fans!    If you don’t own Every Little Thing yet we suggest you do so.

Huge thanks to Big Machine Canada & Red Umbrella for having The Bus out for this intimate event.
