There is a wee festival celebrating their 10th Anniversary on the shores of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in beautiful PEI.  Cavendish Beach Music Festival kicks off next Friday (July 6th) and spans 4 days.  We can’t wait to hit the road next week thanks to our friends over at Orangeville Kia we will be trekking out east in style riding into PEI in a 2018 KIA Sorento.  And this year is going to be all kinds of special. We are going do document our travels out East and Back and truly make this a trip to remember.  So be sure to watch our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter feeds for where we are starting next Wednesday (July 4th). And once we arrive, being the festival photographers we will work our butts off  to bring you some incredible moments via the Cavendish socials with behind the scenes interviews and lots of pics of the entire weekend.

So we thought we would put a few of our CAN’T MISS sets together for you. As well as let you in on what you should bring along for one of the best weekends of the summer.

So let’s start off with what music we suggest you take in while at CBMF2018.   It’s easy to say just take it all in but that is kind tough considering the amount of stages and all the amazing talent to celebrate year 10 of the festival.  So here is our top 8 artists you won’t want to miss at this years party and we left the headliners off because we all know you want to see them.

We have to say, Dallas Smith is gonna bring the fans in attendance one hell of a show and our fingers are crossed that we get a chance to see Terri Clark join him on stage to perform their single One Drink Ago.  And as much as the festival is about music there are lots of things to partake in throughout the weekend.   From Culinary Demonstrations with Matt Moore to Cavendish Farms Sampling along with multiple vendors selling everything from artist merch to cool beverages so be sure to bring some pocket change to snag a little momento from the big 10th Anniversary party.

If you are headed to CBMF for the first time here are a few things you will want to bring along..

  • Sunblock
  • Folding Lawn Chair
  • Hat to cover your head
  • Rain Gear (you never know)
  • Money for beverages & food
  • 1 Litre of Water
